Monthly Deep Rest
Join me on the mat for Sublime 2 Hours of Deep Rest. A chance to Reflect, Rest, Restore & Receive from your inner most being.
Totally floor based, we will utilise breath, stillness, meditation & Yoga Nidra to facilitate a state of DEEP calm and peace, where your body gets a chance to return to homeostasis ~ where it can heal and soften & ultimately live a easful and joyful life.
We will move gently at the start through Pranayama (breath work) to ground & centre, then work through floor based Yoga asanas ( postures) using ALL the props we can to support & nurture ourselves to rest and restore deeply.
We will end with Savasana/Relaxation & deeply healing Yoga Nidra.
This practice welcomes ALL people, regardless of Yoga Experience.
Please Bring a cushion and 3 - 4 Blankets ( they don't have to be big ones)
