I used to live in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, and operated my studio out of RAFT Art space ( now 8 Hele for over 4 years) and Crispe Street for the last year.
2. 5 years ago I moved to Newhaven Sanctuary, 4 hrs north-west of Alice , so now offer Weekly Livestream classes and occasional In Person Classes.

What Style of Yoga do I Teach?
I offer as accessible as I can yoga classes (in both pricing and style, noting I don't teach chair yoga) combining my study of both traditional Tantric Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin , pranayama & Meditation, plus my training in more modern alignment & strength based practices, Mental Health & Wellness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Polyvagal theory/Nervous system, somatics, myofascial release and more.
We're humans having a human experience and too often we come to yoga and again are put into boxes, and often end up leaving like we've done it all wrong. I teach in a way that you take what you. need - I teach from the many different styles I've learnt from. We have fun, we prepare our joints and muscles, we tend to our nervous system, and yeah we sometimes sweat.
I am not interested in whether you can touch or toes or handstand, I am interested in giving you space and time to be what you need in the moment.
That is yoga. To tend to the parts that you might not have time otherwise to tend to.
All my classes are trauma informed. Noting that doesn't mean you might not feel overwhelm or need to take a moment outside or get a glass of water.
Pricing:
ALL classes are accessibly Priced & include Chai Walli Chai on arrival and at the end ( if IN STUDIO!)
That means you pay what you can afford.
The Studio in Mparntwe:
The Studio is a shared space, meaning the we share it with other modalities, not just yoga.
The Studio is air-conditioned/climate controlled, with beautiful windows & wooden floorboards. It also has a private change room/toilet.
All Props are provided, including lush organic cotton yoga blankets, cork blocks and Bolsters.
LiveStream classes:
You get a link a day before, and then 30 mins before class starts and you log onto Zoom.
I record classes but, you are not recorded, just me as presenter. No need to have camera on if you don't like,
I log on 5 mins before class starts and often offer playlists on Spotify too.
If I Can:
I offer a small percentage of my-profits to local organisation, Childrens Ground, Palestinian Aid Group or Dalit Support Group called Equality Labs, helping to abolish caste in India and Sth Asia.
