Join me mid-week for a steady supportive flow based class.
A mid-week class to reconnect to our bodies, giving our Nervous systems space to recalibrate and process.
We will find support and strength, rest and recovery AND space to integrate through my signature blend of functional strength, vinyasa, somatics, myofascial release, traditional asana, breath work, meditation and restorative yoga.
