Please note: Live stream classes are the same as In Studio classes, due to the technology software & set up costs.
Livestream links are sent 30 mins before class starts ( and also a day before)
IN studio:
- Classes are held at the Crispe Street Studios, 2 Crispe Street
- PLease park on the street and be mindful of driveways.
- All props are provided, but your own mat is welcome.
- Chai is also provided on arrival.
