Ignite ~ Enliven ~ Fluid ~

This class is our Signature Flow ( Vinyasa ) class and is designed to Ignite your practice.  A dynamic, energetic and mindfull based Flow class that will leave you glowing from the inside out. You will flow to powerful & intelligent sequences aimed at skilfully transitioning you from one posture ( asana ) to the next, to dive deep into your body, then your soul, unraveling and releasing what ever is needed on that day. This flow is for ALL levels, newer yogis will be given modifications and more experienced Yogis will be guided to progress at their pace. All classes will include Asana, Pranayama, and some meditation and will ALWAYS end in a blissful Savasana :) 

Expect to be challenged, maybe get sweaty but to always leave with a big smile on your face.
