Awaken ~ Align ~ Refine ~
This class is a Slow Flow, you will learn awaken your power, your breath or "Prana", to cultivate a sense of intelligent alignment for your body and to refine your practice as a moving mediation, where you will work the whole body and mind as one. The class will end with some restorative postures and a guided relaxation or Long Savasana.
This class is spacious, supportive and mindful & is suitable for those who have completed the beginners course, complete newbies and those who would just prefer to flow Slower and refine their practice.
